demonstration by James Beard Award winning Chef Jason
Wilson.
Experience the essence of spring flavors sourced
directly from local farmers and purveyors. Chef Jason
will guide you through cooking skills and techniques
while you enjoy a four-course dinner with optional
wine pairings.
