Valley Table | Thursdays nights through April 30

Join us for Valley Table, our weekly Thursday night dinner series created for the season, when evenings invite you to slow down and gather around the table.

Each dinner is served family-style and centered on comforting, well-crafted menus at a great price. Menus rotate weekly, offering a mix of globally inspired favorites and Casia classics. Portions are generous, with plenty to enjoy at the table and often a little extra to take home.

Taste the loup April 18

Taste the Loup returns for its third annual celebration, bringing the Methow Valley community together for an evening of food, wine, and support for Loup Loup Ski Bowl. Doors open at 5:00 PM for cocktails and a silent auction, followed by a multi-course dinner with wine pairings at 6:30 PM by Chef Jason Wilson and Chef Jon Brown.

After a challenging winter for our mountain community, this year’s event carries special meaning. Every ticket helps sustain a place that holds generations of memories and continues to bring people together season after season.

Tickets are $175 per person, with proceeds benefiting Loup Loup Ski Bowl. Come for the cause. Stay for the food, connection, and a truly delicious night.
 
 

Mother’s Day Brunch | May 10
11–2pm

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed, thoughtfully curated brunch. Enjoy a seasonal buffet of pastries, parfaits, cheeses, charcuterie, and spring favorites, followed by entrée selections like wagyu steak and eggs, salmon ravioli, seafood benedict, and huckleberry pancakes. Brunch cocktails, mimosas, and Bloody Marys are also available. Cheers to mom!
