Guest Chef Series: Chef Ethan Stowell of Ethan Stowell Restaurants

We’re thrilled to host Guest Chef Ethan Stowell for an evening of extraordinary Northwest-inspired cuisine.
A multiple James Beard Award nominee and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2008), Ethan is the founder and CEO of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, the creative force behind more than 20 beloved Seattle spots including Tavolàta, Goldfinch Tavern, and How to Cook A Wolf. Beyond the restaurant world, he’s also a passionate advocate for healthy food in schools as a member of Eat Real’s Chef’s Council.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a custom collaborative menu with Casia’s own Chef Jason Wilson, expertly paired wine courses and final plating and presentation live in our Cascade Room.

Monday Night Melodies at Casia Lodge & Ranch
Benefitting the Methow Valley Chamber Music Festival
Join us for a Monday evening celebrating the
arts while supporting the Methow Valley Chamber
Music Festival. Doors open at 5:00 pm for
a no-host cocktail hour and appetizers, followed
by dinner at 6:00 pm.
Enjoy live music and take part in a mystery silent auction, where you’ll bid on items revealed only by estimated value and a few creative hints! Proceeds support the Methow Valley Chamber Music Festival.

The Great Gingerbread Glow Up

Great Gingerbread Glow Up, you and your partner will
receive one pre-assembled gingerbread house and all the
candy trimmings you could dream of. The challenge? Turn
it into a festive masterpiece worthy of the title 2025
Glow Up Champion (and a $100 Casia gift certificate).
We’ll supply the house and the sweets — you bring the
glam and your creativity. PLUS: Each couple can bring
one secret edible ingredient between you to give your
