All Plants Cooking Class with Chef Jason Wilson

Join us on January 16th from 3–6 PM for an immersive culinary experience dedicated to plant-based cooking. Led by James Beard award-winning Chef Jason Wilson, this hands-on class will teach you innovative recipes and techniques using exclusively plant-based ingredients.

Pasta With Love Cooking Class

Celebrate your love for pasta with an immersive, interactive cooking experience at Casia Lodge & Ranch. Join us for Pasta with Love, where you'll learn the art of making pasta from scratch, along with delectable sauces and accompaniments to elevate your creations.

Led by the Chef Jason Wilson, this class features a special guest appearance by Chef Mike Schiesser from TwisPasta, adding more local flair and expertise to the mix.

Valentine’s Day Dinner at Casia Lodge & Ranch

Celebrate love with an unforgettable evening at Casia Lodge & Ranch. Indulge in a four-course chef’s tasting menu, carefully curated to delight your senses amidst a warm and perfect romantic atmosphere. Enhance your dining experience with an optional wine pairing, featuring selections expertly chosen to complement each course.

4:30pm - 9pm, $98 per person*, $52 optional wine pairing.

*A deposit of $45 per person is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event. For cancellations within 48 hours, a gift certificate equal to the deposit value will be provided.
 

An evening with Guest Chef Jason Stoneburner

Guest Chef Jason Stoneburner, renowned for his handmade pasta, stone oven cooking, and deep connection to the region’s farmers, foragers, and fishing community, will partner with our very own Chef Jason Wilson to craft an exquisite multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings.

Stoneburner’s cuisine, inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, embodies the vibrancy local farmer’s markets and celebrates the flavors of the season. Together with Chef Jason's innovative Methow Valley culinary vision, this collaboration promises an unforgettable night of artfully prepared dishes, wine and exceptional hospitality.
