With the rental of the Casia Lodge, you are ensured absolute privacy and exclusivity.  The entire 275 acre Ranch is available to you, including walking trails, more than a mile of Beaver Creek frontage, alfalfa fields, the pond, our meeting Gazebo, the Picnic Deck over the creek, the Shed Tree, and many other private and hidden places to explore.  In addition, you have access to the entire Lodge, including the 2000 square foot Cascade Room, the 20-person dining table, the Library, the Theater and Arcade Room, the Sun Room, the 19th Century Pub, the Whistle Pig Saloon, the Parlor, the Lobby, the Sauna, the various comfortable outside decks and patios, and the pool and 10-person Hot Tub.  In short, a fully-equipped 23,000-square-foot hotel is entirely at your exclusive service!  The experience is incomparable.  With enhanced wi-fi available in all spaces, including outside spaces and the pool, your Retreat sessions can be held wherever you desire and with no fear of interruption.  If you have bulky equipment or presentation items we can store these for you until the event.  If desired, the automatic entry gate one-half mile from the Lodge can be closed and the entire Ranch secured for the duration of your stay.
